If your ZBrush model has the multiple pieces to a levels on each piece, you process by exporting the FBX, method I showed in the the merged tool into Mixamo.
Your model should now be skinned to the rig. Make sure that it is at a low level of resolution. Draw another action line and move it inside of the wrist so that the hand will rotate from the center of the wrist. Just like the generic Transform, it is a process of masking and repositioning the model bit by bit, which can be somewhat tedious but gives you a full control of the model. Redraw the topological mask for the forearm.
